There Comes A Time

In every runner’s life where you figure out that pain in your knee isn’t just going to go away if you ignore it. Low on the tumbling today as I’m hospital bound to argue with my surgeon that anything is an option except not running. To make matters worse, he’s a surgeon for the Giants. I smell a fight.

It’s official. Marine Corps Marathon 10/28/12. NYC Marathon 11/04/12. One week, two marathons. Get ‘er done.

Yesterday

I meant to run for 8 miles and instead I ran for 3 hours.

Let’s see what happens today, shall we?
